Contor were engaged to deliver this exclusive development by one of our repeat clients following the successful delivery of a previous new build residential scheme a few months prior.

Contor were appointed during the pre-construction phase to develop budget and design information and subsequently to deliver two fantastic, spacious, four-bedroom, semi-detached properties. Each property was designed and constructed with the highest standards of family living in mind.

Both properties have been built and fit-out to a very high quality across their three storeys with skylights installed on the third floor to make the most of the South facing gardens.
