Project Details

The Contor team were party to the construction and delivery of 9 No new build Industrial Units with office pods, kitchen facilities and accessible WC. Albeit during their employ with a large national building contractor they were key members of the delivery team.

They worked carefully with the design team partners and the client to complete this pioneering, sustainable industrial business park. This Industrial park was the first to achieve zero energy cost and is BREEAM “Outstanding” certified.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
