Project Details

Formerly a Frankie & Benny’s restaurant, this project involved a complete strip-out of the interior, removing walls, ceilings, floors, WCs, kitchen, bars, and mezzanine.

Existing services were disconnected and capped off to prepare for new tenants. Roof and guttering works were undertaken to bring the building up to modern standards. New aluminium windows and steel doors were installed throughout.

Additionally, the incoming tenant commissioned Contor to erect a small extension at the rear of the unit.
